I. Introduction

This Privacy Statement ("Policy") describes the personal and business information we collect through our network of websites and mobile applications ("Site"), and how we collect, communicate, disclose and make use of it.

The terms "we", "us", and "Noeeva" refer to Noeeva Inc., and it's subsidiaries or affiliated companies.

The terms "user", "you" and "your" refer to any user of the Site. A "user" is someone who accesses or in any way uses the Site.

The term "vendor" refers to business entities accessing or using in any way the Site. A "vendor" is a business entity looking to promote their services and/or products through the Site.

Any other entity, organization or group, not described above, visiting or using the Site will be considered a user.

Scope. This Privacy Policy applies to any user and/or vendor visiting the Site, including those not registered. This privacy policy cannot guarantee the privacy of third party entities, vendors or sponsors linked to or from the Site, it only protects the user within the entities under the control of Noeeva. By using our site you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy.

II. How we collect and use your information

User Account Information. When you create an account on the Site, we collect and store information such as your name (First Name and Last Name), email address, password, country, city, gender, and a picture of yourself, among others. We also provide an alternative to import some of your profile information from a third party (i.e. Facebook) in order to make the registration process easier. During registration we also collect and store other personal details concerning your wedding. Noeeva uses your name to provide you with a personalized experience throughout the Site. We use your email address as your User ID to sign in to the Site, and also to send updates and provide services in connection with the Site. We use your registered geographic location (i.e. country, city) to help us target the appropriate city you live in and display relevant vendor, advertising and content information to you. Other personal details are collected to generate a detailed profile of you. Personal wedding details and other information collected through the Site are used to enable certain features of the Site, for market research purposes and in order for you to access your information across different platforms or devices (i.e. Personal Computer, Mobile Phone, etc.).

Your public profile is comprised of your name, picture, city and wedding date, and it is available to the public for discovery purposes in search results, find other users and linking public content to identifiable users (in public features such as Reviews, Forums, Comments, etc.).

We may, in the future, include other optional requests for information from you to help us tailor the Site for you and deliver personalized information to you.

If you join Noeeva through a third-party service, please take the time to review the third-party privacy policies. Noeeva is not liable to you for any use of your Personal Information by a third-party service (i.e. Facebook).

Use of portions of the Site requires you to establish a User ID and password. You agree that you will be responsible for maintaining your password as confidential and for any activity that occurs on your Account as a result of you sharing your password with another or failing to protect it. Noeeva is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password.

If you signed in through a Third Party service such as Facebook, your password will be created and controlled by our systems.

Vendor Account Information. When a vendor creates an account on the Site, we collect and store information such as the business name, email address, password, address, city, country, service, business description, and other details concerning the vendor's business. We use the provided email address as the UserID to sign in to the Site, and also to send updates and provide services in connection with the Site. All other provided and collected information throughout the Site are used to create a thorough profile of the business and display it on the Site for users to see and use. Information posted to our vendor directory will depend on the service scheme the vendor chooses and relevance to the users. Refer to the "Business Profile" page or see Terms of Use for more details regarding our service plans and options for vendor listings and advertisements.

All of the information provided by the vendor in the profile section becomes public for users to use it to their convenience.

We may, in the future, include other optional requests for information from the vendor to help us create more value for our end users.

Vendors don't have the capability to sign in through a Third Party service at this time.

Use of portions of the Site requires the vendor to establish a User ID and password. The vendor agrees to be responsible for maintaining the password as confidential and for any activity that occurs on the Account as a result of the vendor sharing the password with another or failing to protect it. Noeeva is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the vendor's failure to maintain the confidentiality of the password.

Newsletter Subscription.The email address you provide for the Newsletter Subscription may be used to send you information and updates pertaining your account information, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, offers from third-party vendors, etc.
Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

Surveys. Noeeva may conduct surveys to collect information about our users' preferences. These surveys are optional, and if you choose to respond, your responses will be kept anonymous. These surveys may be conducted by and processed through third parties. Except with respect to any survey partners, none of the survey results are shared with third parties in a personally identifiable form. The demographic information that Noeeva collects in the registration process and through surveys may be used to help us improve our Services and Site to meet the needs and preferences of our Users. This may include targeting advertising to you about our Services and Site.

Contests. We may offer contests to qualifying Users in which we ask for contact and demographic information such as, but not limited to name, email address and mailing address. Information we gather through a contest may also be disclosed to third parties as necessary for prize fulfillment and other aspects of any contest or similar offering.

Private Content. You can save some information (images, comments, text) on the Site in a number of different ways, including but not limited to, writing data of your wedding, comments and pictures. We store these contributions (your "Private Content") and we keep it private unless otherwise stated or informed.

Wedding Boards. You can save some of your inspiration moments in the form of images through Wedding Boards. We store these contributions. We might display them to other users if the content is made public. Please note that by default all boards are public. In order to make them private please modify them on settings within the application. We are not responsible for the images you upload, refer to the Copyright section of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use for more information.

Reviews, Forums, Questions, Comments and Public Content. You can contribute to the Site in a number of different ways, including writing reviews, uploading photos, participating in talk threads or forums, commenting on articles or questions, filling out your public profile and asking questions, etc. We may store these contributions (your "Public Content"), display them to other users, and use them for promotional purposes. Note that if you include personally identifiable information in your Public Content, it can be used and viewed by others. We are not responsible for the information you choose to include in your Public Content. Note that any contributions to the Public Content will include your public profile information in order to link it to identifiable users.

Sharing. The Site allows you to share information to other users, emails or third-party services (i.e. Facebook, Twitter). We may store this information in order to deliver it and allow you to manage it. If you send information through our Site to a third-party service, please take the time to review the third-party privacy policies. Noeeva is not liable to you for any use of your Personal Information by a third-party service.

Friends. Through some modules of the Site, a user can add friends or groups in order to share information and interact with others, the user is responsible for the access control and management of his/her contacts and the information shared with them throughout the Site.

Activity and Log Data. When you access Noeeva from a computer, mobile phone, or other device, we may collect information from that device about your browser type, location, and IP address, date and time of your visit, as well as the pages and links you visit, among others. We use this type of information to administer the Site and provide the highest possible level of service to you. We also use this information in the aggregate to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the Site.

Cookie Information. We use "cookies" (small pieces of data we store for an extended period of time on your computer, mobile phone, or other device) to enable Users to specify unique preferences and to track Users trends and patterns. We use cookies to store information such as your email address and password, in order to automatically log in to the Site whenever you come back. You can remove or block cookies using the settings in your browser, but please note that disabling cookies may cause some parts of our Site not to function effectively. We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.

Feedback comments. At Noeeva we strive each day to make our webpage more useful to all of our visitors. For that reason we encourage users to share their thoughts and feedback with us through the "Feedback" link on our website. All ideas, suggestions, comments and proposals you send to Noeeva (collectively, "Feedback") become the sole property (including all intellectual property rights) of Noeeva and are non-confidential. Noeeva is in the capacity to distribute the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose without compensation to the you. You will not be identified as the source of the Feedback without your consent.

Advertisements. Noeeva may send you email communications including information that we believe might be of interest to you. You can opt out of receiving these email communications at any time through your profile page on the main website of the Site. We do not send any of your Personal Information to our advertisers.

Because we value your privacy, we therefore will abide to this privacy policy for the use and distribution of your personal information to outside parties.

III. Third Party Services

We allow you to access third party services, such as Facebook and Twitter, for you to share your selected information with those services. For example, you can post pictures, comments and Save the date notices, among others, to Facebook and Twitter in order to inform your friends about your latest activities and wedding plans. These third party services have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content shared through these sites.

We may use third parties to provide technical and customer support, perform tracking and reporting functions, conduct quality assurance testing, perform payment processing and provide other services in connection with the Site. We may share information about you with them so that they can perform the services they are required to perform, but they are not permitted to use your personal information other than to provide the services requested by you.

Third party advertising. Third parties serve some of the ads on the Site. We do not send any individualized personal information to them, but they may have access to information that they obtain through cookies or that you share with them yourself. Note that we do not rent, share, sell or trade personally identifiable information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

IV. How we protect information

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information, when you enter, save and access to it through the Site.

No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

User payments. At this moment we don't charge our users for using the Site. So sensitive/credit card information such as credit card information is not requested by the Site.

Vendors' payments. Currently, we use some of the most reliable payment methods available, such as Paypal, in order to ensure the protection of the vendors' sensitive/credit card information.

On our side, we offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Information sharing. We may share your information with our parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control that we may have now or in the future, in which case we will require them to honor this Statement. If another company acquires our company or all or substantially all of our assets, that company will possess your information, and will assume the rights and obligations with respect to that information as described in this Statement.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

V. Third party links

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

VI. Modifying or Updating your Account Information

The Site gives you the possibility to modify or update your profile and account information. In order to modify or amend any part of your profile, please visit "My Profile" or "My Business" in any of the different media offered by the Site.

VII. Termination of membership

User. The information we collect from you is stored until the membership with Noeeva is terminated by the user. In order to terminate the membership, please contact our Customer Service Center at [email protected]

Once you decide to terminate your membership, you might not be able to recover your personal profile information. Upon termination, your personal information might remain in our records.

Newsletter Subscription. A user can terminate at any time the membership subscription to our newsletter by simply clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject Unsubscribe. Upon termination of subscription, your email address will remain in our records.

VIII. Terms of Use

Please also visit our Terms of Use section establishing the use, disclaimers, and limitations of liability governing the use of our website at and our mobile device software.

Legal Disclaimer. Though we make every effort to preserve your privacy we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Site.

IX. Changes to our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time and without prior notice or consent of the user. This Privacy Policy may not be modified or amended by you or any other user. Please revisit this page to review any changes to our Privacy Policy. Your continued access or use the Site after any modification indicates your consent and acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page, and update the Privacy Policy modification date below.

Children. We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
